I’ve never had a blog before. I never felt the necessity. I have lots of thoughts about various subjects, but never thought it was that important to express those thoughts to the world at large. But lately it has become obvious that there is a large portion of the U.S population that has no clue about logic, reasoning, facts, empathy, compassion – the things that I always thought defined us as a nation. So maybe it is time to start expressing myself. I’m sure some people will be unhappy with my ideas and beliefs. Fine – I’m probably unhappy with theirs as well. But, since we live in a (supposedly) free country, then I can write about my thoughts and feelings. And I will.
